Four years ago the company where I work, bought this laptop with the OEM license W10 Pro, but for it's policy the machine has been immediately formatted and reinstalled with an Enterprise license. During these 4 years with the enterprise license the hardware has been never changed confirmed also by HP support ; moreover I'm sure of that because it has been used only by me along this period.
I have also tried to rollback the BIOS till the first version. Microsoft support windows 10 oem hp free me to contact HP HP again told me that they can't do nothing, that only Microsoft could resolve this issue.
